  • Do I have to buy a membership to get services?
    No, you may purchase wellness consulting sessions or tai chi lessons one at a time if you choose. You may also buy a package of State Coaching sessions for a discounted rate, or save on tai chi classes with a membership. Explore our Plans and Packages for more details. Note: Some pre-made video, audio, and written content is only available to members, but we will offer various DIY Memberships for this content soon.
  • What do I need to prepare for my wellness consulting session?
    You will need a computer or tablet with a webcam and an internet connection, plus the latest version of your preferred internet browser, to connect to the session. Smartphones are only advisable for State Coaching sessions; for tai chi lessons, please use a device with a screen large enough for you to clearly see the instructor's movements. Log in to the meeting at least 5 minutes early, so that you can get your full time. If you are participating in a tai chi lesson, position your camera so that you are visible from head to toe. Other than these technological requirements, online tai chi lessons and State Coaching sessions at As Gold Total Wellness do not require any special equipment. Simply bring an open mind, a bottle of water, and maybe a towel, and you will be ready for your wellness journey.
  • Your bio says that you're a Christian. Do I have to be one to work with you?
    No, clients of As Gold Total Wellness do not have to be Christians or follow any particular faith path. Christianity informs our view of you as whole, worthy, and valuable, and your wellness consultant may share scriptures, prayers, or other spiritual practices if you request or indicate that you are open to them. But we will focus on practical, adaptable, and time-tested methods that have helped people of all walks of life cultivate better emotional health and overall wellbeing.
