That's why we offer a complimentary 15-minute virtual consultation to help you jumpstart your journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. We'll chat about your needs and goals, and if we're the right fit, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details for your first session. Let us help you take the first step towards a lifetime of total wellness.

Cancellation Policy

If you realize you must miss a private session, please cancel and rebook online as soon as possible. Private sessions canceled at least 48 hours in advance will receive full refunds. Private appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the start time will receive 50% refunds. No-shows or private sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, unless you present proof of serious injury, emergency, or incapacity. If your wellness consultant cancels a booked session at least 24 hours in advance, you may rebook the appointment at no extra charge. If the consultant cancels a booked session less than 24 hours in advance, you will be entitled to book a free session in addition to rebooking the canceled session at no extra cost. You must claim your free session within 14 days of the cancellation.
